2010 Hall of Famers announced

Pulitzer Prize winning cartoonist Ben Sargent and award-winning Borger News-Herald photographer Don Rice will be inducted into the Panhandle Press Hall of Fame during the 100th annual convention April 16 in Canadian.

White to address PPA convention

Democratic nominee for Texas Governor Bill White will address the 100th annual convention of the Panhandle Press Association in Canadian next month.

White, who defeated Farouk Shami and several other candidates for the party nomination, will speak during the luncheon at the Citadelle on Friday, April 16.

Also appearing on Friday will be Barbara Ann Radnofsky, Democratic nominee for Attorney General.
